Submitting a Request
The Superintendent’s Office manages all public records requests. If possible, please submit any public records requests in writing. Requests can be submitted:
- Via email (preferred): email@example.com
- Via post: Burlington School District, attn. Tom Flanagan, 150 Colchester Ave., Burlington, VT 05401
In your request please include the following:
- Your name
- Email or postal address to send a response
- The public record you are requesting
Responding to Requests
The Burlington School District responds to public records requests under the provisions outlined to Vermont State Statute 1 V.S.A. § 318.
Transcripts and FERPA Requests
Any requests for student records, including transcripts and school records, should be made directly to the student’s school(s).
