Representative Elijah E. Cummings of Maryland, passed away on Thursday, October 17th.
Considering his life work aligned with the principles in the BSD Mission, Vision and Beliefs statements, Burlington School District will fly all flags at half-staff on Friday, October 18th. Many teachers in BSD have been having conversations regarding Representative Cummings and will continue to do so over the next days and weeks.
