IAA Renovation Project

On February 20th, Superintendent Flanagan presented an IAA renovation project update and recommended the board approve the use of resources available from our 2017 10-Year Capital Plan funding to complete this project. The board unanimously agreed, combining those funds with $10m ESSER funds which we had already planned use on HVAC upgrades in the building.

Work began in the Spring of 2024, with all students moving out of IAA over the summer. The project is on budget and on schedule to be completed in the Spring of 2025, with students and staff returning to the building in the fall of 2025!
